Overview

Also known as a Help Desk Technician, the Computer Systems
Maintenance Support Technician is most often called upon for diagnostic, preventive
maintenance, corrective maintenance and repair tasks for computer hardware and software.
In companies, he/she is responsible for setting up the local network (computers, printers,
scanners, etc.) and ensuring its administration (prevention, security, cleaning, adjustment,
control, ergonomics). The Computer Systems Maintenance Technician is responsible for
managing the computer stock in which he/she ensures the proper functioning of all computer and network equipment, the replacement, repair or upgrading of defective elements, and the management of software licences

Prerequisites

Knowledge of the PC/Windows environment
The participants must know how to use the main applications of a Windows workstation (email, web browser, office automation, etc.)
