We see a huge need for IT recruitment all over the world. This need implies more a concern of competence and know-how. The start-up KELMASS wants to position itself as an IT human resources management structure, i.e. dedicated solely to the placement of people working in the IT field.

Many new companies are looking for qualified individuals or individuals with proven experience in multiple fields. There is no focal point for this type of need which leaves young graduates or companies with little margin for efficiency or reliability in the talent recruitment process. Following these various complaints from all sides, the startup KELMASS thought of setting up a platform called HubIT.

The HubIT platform is an innovative system in the recruitment of people who have worked in IT. It is a platform for the evaluation, upgrading and placement of people with IT knowledge.
